Jeffrey S. Hyle, CPA
President
Jeff has worked the majority of his career as a CPA with the firm. After more than 25 years of accounting experience, he began managing the firm in 2017 and continues to provide the high quality of service the firm is well known for. Jeff was born and raised in Lititz. Currently he resides in Lancaster with his wife and daughter. He is a graduate of Warwick High School and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Jeff is a member of both the Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).
Brian Ferrara, CPA
Tax Manager
Brian joined the firm in October 2017 after working for a regional public accounting firm in Central Pennsylvania. He has over 10 years of accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry. Brian graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Business and Economics, and also holds a Certificate in Accountancy from Villanova University. Originally from the Philadelphia region, Brian currently resides in Quarryville, PA with his wife and three sons.
Jean Markow
Senior Accountant
Jean is the daughter of James Rottmund, the founder of our company. After studying at Mount Aloysius Junior College, she took a job at another company, but soon after came to work for her father. She has over 30 years of accounting experience and enjoys helping clients with their QuickBooks and accounting questions.
Melissa Eberly
Certified Public Accountant
Melissa joined the firm in September 2023. She has over 20 years experience in accounting and tax. She enjoys serving her clients by offering her expertise in tax preparation, financial statement compilation, and advising on tax strategies. Melissa grew up in Lancaster County and went to school at Immaculata University, receiving her degree in Business. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with family and friends, especially at the ice rink or sporting events cheering on her son, Ryan.
Lori Smith
Senior Accountant
Lori is a dedicated team member who has been with the firm for over 30 years. She provides tax preparation and payroll services for our clients. Lori enjoys interacting with clients and coworkers.
Lisa Plucinski
Office Manager / Notary
Lisa has been the office manager & notary at RCH since November 2022. She worked for an accounting and tax office for 14 years prior to joining our firm and enjoys working with her team members to ensure the overall client experience at our office is favorable.
Kathleen Wright
Administrative Assistant
Kathleen has been serving as the administrative assistant for our firm since 2000. She plays a key role in supporting the accountants and serving all clients who call our office or walk in the door. Kathleen graduated from Solanco High School, where she majored in business classes, and she has many years of experience in teamwork and serving others.

Karen Reese
Staff Accountant / Notary
Bringing 35 years of experience working in an accounting office, Karen joined the team in November 2022 when Huyett & Associates became a division of RCH. She provides payroll services, bookkeeping, and tax preparation to clients. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and the American Payroll Association. She is also a notary.
Helena Bryan
Office Manager / Admin. Assist.
Helena joined our firm as the office manager and administrative assistant at our Ephrata location in November 2023. She previously worked for an accounting and tax office for 16 years and enjoys working with the team to provide excellent client service.
