Lancaster Office
Jeffrey S. Hyle, CPA
President
Jeff has worked the majority of his career as a CPA with the firm. After more than 25 years of accounting experience, he began managing the firm in 2017 and continues to provide the high quality of service the firm is well known for. Jeff was born and raised in Lititz. Currently he resides in Lancaster with his wife and daughter. He is a graduate of Warwick High School and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Jeff is a member of both the Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). He works out of both our Lancaster & Ephrata offices.
Brian Ferrara, CPA
Tax Manager
Brian joined the firm in October 2017 after working for a regional public accounting firm in Central Pennsylvania. He has over 10 years of accounting experience in both public accounting and private industry. Brian graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Business and Economics, and also holds a Certificate in Accountancy from Villanova University. Originally from the Philadelphia region, Brian currently resides in Quarryville, PA with his wife and three sons.
Melissa Eberly
Certified Public Accountant
Melissa joined the firm in September 2023. She has over 20 years experience in accounting and tax. She enjoys serving her clients by offering her expertise in tax preparation, financial statement compilation, and advising on tax strategies. Melissa grew up in Lancaster County and went to school at Immaculata University, receiving her degree in Business. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with family and friends, especially at the ice rink or sporting events cheering on her son, Ryan.
Lori Smith
Senior Accountant
Lori is a dedicated team member who has been with the firm for over 30 years. She provides tax preparation and payroll services for our clients. Lori enjoys interacting with clients and coworkers.

Zach Kelley
Accountant
Zach joined the firm in December 2025. he has over 5 years of public accounting experience, helping serve both businesses and individuals. Zach graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Economics. In 2020, he obtained his Master of Accounting from Villanova University, as well as his MBA from Southeast Missouri State University. Zach currently lives in Columbia, PA with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Zach is President of, and plays for, Roses Rugby in Lancaster.
Lisa Plucinski
Office Manager / Notary
Lisa is an experienced office manager and notary who has been with RCH since 2022. Prior to that, she spent 14 years at another accounting firm, where she developed strong organizational and leadership skills. In her current role, Lisa is responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and grandkids, making the most of her family life.
Kathleen Wright
Administrative Assistant
Kathleen has been serving as the administrative assistant for our firm since 2000. She plays a key role in supporting the accountants and serving all clients who call our office or walk in the door. Kathleen graduated from Solanco High School, where she majored in business classes, and she has many years of experience in teamwork and serving others.

Karen Reese
Accountant / Notary
Bringing 35 years of experience working in an accounting office, Karen joined the team in November 2022 when Huyett & Associates became a division of RCH. She provides payroll services, bookkeeping, and tax preparation to clients. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and the American Payroll Association. She is also a notary.
Danielle Bair
Part-Time Office Administrator & Tax Preparer
Danielle joined our firm in December 2025. She is a skilled professional with a background in both administrative and tax-related roles. She brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. She is excited to use her skills as part of a dynamic new team. Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, making the most of family adventures.
